Honestly, if we played our cards right, we could cheaply and efficiently make cars out of carbon fiber, I don't see so much of an issue with the weight difference as it wouldn't be astronomical, and it gives room address prioritizing the ability to perform maintenance on them
I'm down in Texas..and its crazy seeing cars this new with that much rust through....cars don't start rusting down here until there 30-40 years old.
