I am not so sure about Freida’s books anymore. First Freida book I read was The Coworker and I DNF it. I recently finished The Teacher. It was ok, I gave it 3.5 🌟.
Nice update. I'm going to see if I can find Nobody's Angel somewhere. If it takes place in Chicago I need it. Would it be better to read Huckleberry Finn before James? My favorite this year so far is The Frozen River. I'm reading Mad Honey. I'm listening to The Women but it's taking me a while. Not because it's bad, but because I lived through that time and I just have to keep taking breaks. A lot of the guys I went to high school with went to Viet Nam.
@@lavernehodge3320 hi! I think reading huck first would make the experience of reading James better. I can’t imagine reading the women since you experienced that time. It was a hard read even for me that didn’t. LOVED the frozen river!
