This is honestly such an awesome way to introduce the soldiers for the first time in this mod. Even though the player knows the soldiers are hostile, it's all unraveled in such a clever way for Barney to realize this before actually fighting them. The first hint was them dumping bodies down a hole, and next was the anxious music building up as these armed dudes with guns try to lure you into position, kinda gave me chills knowing that was just a lie to kill me. I'm amazed at how this mod captures the feelings and emotions of everything happening at Black Mesa from the eyes of a bystander even though the player already knows what's going on! The music plays a huge role in this. I was so immersed by your soundtrack.

It works even better since we know Barney's a conspiracy nut. It's already his instinct not to trust the government, so he has to be on edge already just seeing the marines. So it makes sense that as soon as he hears "weapons free," he starts fighting back without hesitation.

After Captive Freight released today, I realised the track was deliberately named "Unnamed", rather than it being because you didn't know what to call it. Nicely played ;)

I like to think it's called Unnamed as at this point, the HECU just think your a typical security guard and that they were gonna kill you just like the dozen they had done before, unfortunately that specific character was the main character of the game ;)

I always loved Valve's intentional level design and its feeling of "fighting your way out of a hole/underground" into a "surface is beyond fucked up, you must get the hell out of here" then finding yourself trapped in underground again. It seems as if they bury you under the whole facility. That short relief after everything going dark, dusty, rusty and silent again is just phenomenal in these games.

Tengo ganas de que salga el capítulo 4. Habrá que entender que el capítulo 4 originalmente fue largo y para crear las partes de la superficie y después los laboratorios que quedan por hacer pufff nunca pensé que te llevará medio año. How about you named it as "deceptive rescue", because they are not really there to rescue, they are there to clean up, questionning (Eliminate all science and security personnels). And to be honest, when this soundtrack plays and saw HECU this gives me goosebumps, because I already know there planned. 5 out of 5❤ keep up the good work! Waiting to chapter 5
