When I was a kid back in the 90's I didn't fully understand the meanings behind this song and other Christian songs, not until I lost my way. God rescued me from the darkness that I had found, He brought me back into his loving embrace and I thank him everyday for that. God truly is good and his grace is eternal. Praise be God Almighty.
We took different paths as I'm not religious, but I'll always have fond memories of Christian rock before I had any understanding of what I was listening to.
I remember dancing at church camp to this song. I remember the chaotic joy that cabin-chapel held as we all laughed, danced, and praised Jesus in that wonderful haven of God. Good times.

Hey I'm already dead according the scripture, Jesus paid the price I'm a new creature in Christ, I was crucified in Christ Jesus and the life I now live I live by belief in the Son of God Who loved me and gave His life for me. So I'm diving in because this walk is not about me but about the lost He gave His life for. Only the Father knows when He will say to Jesus His Son go get My Bride. So until that happens there's a whole world dieing and going to hell. And all I have to do is Dive into the Living 💦🌊 of Jesus Christ. 💖🙏
