A reno costs from HDB contractors (which she did) reveal could be more informative for this video as we can compare with ID and see if the prices vary alot

You will find me doing the initial concept to the CAD to the 2D drawings to the 3D render + walkthroughs in Unreal Engine/D5 Render etc and every fixture and furniture will be custom designed by me for carpentry. Heck, I will even add custom 3D printed ornaments like lampshades. To be fair to them though, you can't really do much with a HDB flat of that size.
