Close Combat :LSA GJS11 mod vs Gallows 092 Buron (disbanded)

Painful Allied loss. Panthers blocked our attack into Abbaye, and descended upon the 22/7 Cromwell column. Allies deployed defensively in a desperate bid to survive. Despite a valiant effort defending the empty Basly exit and 3 Cromwell tanks supported by two Fireflies covering the Hermanville entry, an expertly-timed panther pincer split our armor defense and had us shooting in both directions as they picked us apart. Artillery/mortar barrages and an airstrike were not enough to save the Allies. A supporting allied recon group was kicked out along with the 22/7 in this devastating blow. This is the second time the Germans have wiped us out in Buron and rushed through the hole in our defenses. Very well done, Gallows. Scary.
