Can I ask how you’re funding this? I understand at your level there’s a large amount of cash flow at any given time, but are there loans involved?
Ste, just turned 18 and currently building up some equity to get into the property market. What would you recommend someone do to find true and raw information across the internet which can be extremely contradictory? How do you see labour being in control affecting the property market? And will you do anything different?
Aye can you help without someone having to spend between £3k-£6k for your course?
Lovely finish Ste. Why would you start the offers over £50k below what you would like to achieve.? I understand it gets viewings but is that not to much of a gap to think the client is over paying ?.
They all like to think there getting a deal. Be interesting to see what the final offer you except if your willing to share .

Isn’t it that time matters in this game?
Time matters depending on what level you are at. I choose to complete them when I need them to be complete. I have about 7 within 3 streets of this one.
If you are brand new to the industry then you will only need working on one property at a time. At my level I’m working on 35 at a time and then other levels are working on 60-100 at a time.
It’s all done to the level you are at when it comes to time. I hope this has helped 🙏🏼

How much was labour how much was material?
stamp duty, legals on purchase and sale, agents fees, finance costs, refurb finance, arrangement fees?
Clearly didn’t watch the breakdown and just came with the negative trying to be smart. Be happy 🤣
Quite the opposite actually. I watched it but didn't see the detail. Can you tell me what those costs are so I understand the net profit?
@@iantaylor052stamp duty you can work out from the value, legals are standard, fees standard, arrangement fees the same. You need to stop being lazy and expecting to get spoon fed every little detail. You’re not ready for this type of work if you aren’t willing to tap into your initiative
I believe all the fees were £17,500 when you take the PP and refurb away from the all in. But agreed, it wasn’t very clear and I don’t think you were being negative!
