One of my fave guitarists. I think his solo on the The Abyss at Claps is great.
I used to see Miku in 2020 and 2021 every chance I got until I moved away. She sure has improved since then.
At times, she sounds like Bob Berg. She's at the height of her powers right now.
I'd love to know her sax influences. The rest of the band ain't too shabby either.

There are so many fantastic female saxophonists in Japan.
A pleasure.
But in the end, Miku is my favourite.
She touches me the most with her way of playing.
I feel the same way about piano.
So many good female pianists, but in the end 高木里代子 Riyoko Takagi touches me the most deeply.
This has nothing to do with performance ranking.
It is the world of being deeply emotionally addressed.
