    I would love to tour a place like this and see the process on how it separates all the stuff

      In fact it is very interesting, this place in particular is really nice to see because it is very well organized, clean and hospitable.
      the Company is located in the Netherlands

    Well organized process. But what do you do with the mixed plastic granulate from the cable insulation ? Landfill ?

    • @Guidettirecycling
      @Guidettirecycling  3 года назад +1

      - 2 possibilities
      1-landfill
      2-those who work with recycled plastic can withdraw it if it is clean (without metal)

    What is the size of the shredded wire before separation tank?

    Can this process Network cables and jelly filled copper cables and other complicated mixed copper/Aluminium/Steel/Lead cables?

    • @CreativeNotJustYet
      @CreativeNotJustYet 2 года назад

      I'm pretty sure that it just can take copper/aluminium and lead cables, the jelly will probably just make everything melt togheter so the knives will get stuck, and the steel will most likely make the knives unsharp and choppy.

      How are you sure of this?
      I am very interested in your opinion

    • @Guidettirecycling
      @Guidettirecycling  Год назад

      it is much simpler than it may seem
      The separation occurs only by air, copper, aluminum and plastic are perfectly separated and pure.
      Plastic melts only if it is not a good grind system.
      In the numerous videos published on our site you will find many demonstrations of excellent success.

    I have one small doubt.. U heat and then one dye is using to shape the copper yes. Can you say the name of dye your are using?

    • @Guidettirecycling
      @Guidettirecycling  2 года назад

      the ingot is composed of pure copper which is then analyzed to certify it. there are no dye

    Kinda stupid how we can't design cables to be more easily recyclable. I mean, there must be a way to make the outer plastic layer like a sleeve that could be pulled off from the wire core.

      @Guidettirecycling  3 года назад

      surely in the future they will find something more "Green" since now everyone is finally focused on the environmental revolution ...
      also to avoid in some countries the cables are burned to obtain copper .... this is really harmful.
