I love the playful professionalism. So the fact that the video wasn't cut/edited as the shovel went by. So we got the same experience as the person in the chair has, apart from being touched of course.
I think you should invest in a second window. Either glass or plexiglass. This would not only isolate the outside noises, giving a calmer and more relaxed environment for the clients (and also for the videos), but it would also be a good insulator in summer and winter as well.
Even though I think they use the same mics, this audio sounds so crisp in comparison to other videos, not that other videos are bad, I just noticed this.
