POV driving AUDI R8 in Forza Horizon 5 | Gameplay with Steering Wheel

I want to get a driving setup like this, this looks amazing! My question though is what do you do in a car that has more gears than 6? Or is that something in the settings you have to change? I’ve never used a setup like this before.
