WileyCoyote has the knack for capturing the essence of a ship he models. I do not know how to explain it any better than this. And Rifleman has the knack for making any ship look good. His vids were the inspiration for my own. As long as Wiley makes ships and Rifle makes vids, I'm a fan.
Totally completely beautiful, the NCC-1701-D is one of my most favorited ship. The symbol of Star trek for me. Excellent job Wiley Coyote, and thank you RifleMan for displaying it as you did.
Great work E I hope somone scales it up x4 and adds on little touches; like rooms, people sitting in a chair, a plant by the window, a light turning on, that was once off. If I ever saw a CGI crewmember walk by one of those windows I'd mess my pants.
How the frak doe ZWiley keep outdoing himself!? He got damn near every frakking detail! It looks just beautiful. The Galaxy is one of the new newer ships that I like!
Here I was thinking that Wile E Coyote was going to be in command . Then again I was also thinking that if he had to give chase to a Bird of Prey would he along with the ship at sometime fall off of a cliff ? ? ?
Hey pianoeman! Didn't know if you got a response to this, but Bridge Commander is a PC game that was released in 2002. I think at this point you have to buy the game used to get it. Amazon has a few people selling it, though some at a unreasonable price.
I was never a fan of th Enterprise - D at all. I really like the Sovereign class Enterprise. I have to admit though that this was the best depiction of the Enterprise - D I have ever seen. A lovely job.
the enterprise D represents star trek in a nutshell, diplomacy, family and exploration, it is THE best ship of star trek, graceful, capable, and like Dr McCoy once said, "you treat her like a lady, and she will allways bring you home" kill the D in generations was a very bad idea.

DAMN!!!! that is better than all the TREK MOVIES put together!!!
well better than all the TNG Trek movies! .... I really felt the scale and grandeur of the ship.
Dang, this is just about on par with the original studio model refinished for Generations.

Probably about the same as the Enterprise-E. Though it would do a fair amount bit more damage to the Scimitar when Picard rammed it. :D
