for the vinegar mixture to clean the tank is it a 1:1 ratio of vinegar to water or do you buy an already mixed product? sorry if it's a dumb question or anything haha im getting my first snake soon and i want to be clear on the specifics
I think a boa could be an amazing first snake IF the person who gets it is fully aware of the size they get to and feel comfortable with snakes that size. I suggest to always find a larger boa owned by someone else to get some handling experience in to know that your comfortable and confident you are ready for that size. Other than that they are amazing snakes and with regular engagement they are super sweet and tame! I think with proper research and preparations that a boa absolutely could be a first snakes to own. (Also remember there are various species of boas some smaller than others so that's a plus for people who feel the 6-10 foot boas would be to much but really enjoy boas; they can find a smaller species of boa!)
