At the last stop today, Riley and Leo went to a soy bean factory at SanXia to discover authentic soy bean products made from soy beans that were harvested from #Taiwan local. As soon as I saw "Soy Bean Kingdom" I knew this would be the video for me!
The deserts remind me of Japanese anmitsu, which has the beans and syrup soup, though it often also has fruit in it, and doesn't usually have tofu, though sometimes it does.
It all looks so good though! I've never had tofu make from black beans before, but it sounds really yummy
