  • The Massachusetts Speaker of the House has launched new
    legislation we are calling:
    "The Lawful Citizens imprisonment Act"
HD.4420 "An Act Modernizing Firearm Laws" represents an all out assault on the entire Second Amendment community. Virtually
everyone of any age, regardless of specific interests in firearms, will likely become felons should this bill become law!
No one who owns any type of gun in Massachusetts is spared from this new proposed legislation!
    • Essentially bans hunting on private property
Bans anyone under 15 from training or shooting sports
    • Mandatory serialization and registration of all feeding devices not just magazines
    • Massive training requirements that include things like active shooter training • Any changes or repairs to a gun must be approved by the state
A semi-auto turkey gun with a pistol grip will be an Assault Weapon
No one under 21 can purchase any semi-auto gun of any kind or caliber
    • The definition of "Firearm" would mean any gun, frame, receiver or barrel
    • In order to carry or transport any gun, property owners must post that they
consent to allow guns on their property
    AND MUCH MORE!!
Contact the House Speaker, Senate President's, Local State Representative and Senator offices immediately!
Tell them to kill this historic anti-civil rights bill!!
House Speaker Ron Mariano: 617-722-2500 Senate President Karen Spilka: 617-722-1500

Jim, God Bless you brother. I will place your links on my website to help awaken those STILL asleep.
I'm just this guy who fixes lawn mowers for living. I'm not a COP, not a State Trooper, not a hot shot executive, not a lawyer or politician. I drive around in an old truck and make my peace fixing power equipment so you can cut your grass, move snow in the winter or keep your lights on with a generator. I'm a very law abiding gun owner, proud to be a US Citizen protected by the Bill Of Rights and US Constitution that protect our freedoms and liberties. Had my LTC since I was 18yrs of age, never had a problem and historically stay far and away from the ugly noise of politics.
But this HD4420 is a nuclear cluster fuck designed by its very nature to hurt and run down every citizens Constitutional Rights and I would appreciate a moment to say something to my brothers and sisters of like minded as well as those who don't understand. Jim Wallace is right, this is the most serious threat against our rights to ever be presented.
If a Mfg designed a car or truck to kill innocent people, would you allow it to travel the roads taking innocent peoples lives or would you collectively rise up to stop it?
This HD4420 Bill is such a vehicle, it was designed to take away law abiding citizens rights to protect themselves and family. I was born and spent my life in Mass and I'm disgusted to learn of this. This bill does not represent me or my family or anyone I know who calls themselves a Healthy minded, law abiding New England Mass Resident. It does not matter what sex you identify with, it does not care about your religious beliefs or your financial income. It is designed to kill your rights and was created by cowards with a very false agenda and not liberal thinking by any measure. It's clear this is a tool of violation to disarm everyone so the tyrants can then bully and control us like they have been doing to the Australians and Canadians. If your someone reading this and still asleep and still don't know what we are talking about, you need to break away from the mainstream media propaganda machine and research websites offering the real news.
This Bill is a mechanism that will allow tyrannical control of us. However, before they can put their thumbs on us and beat us down like they did to others, to control us like mindless puppets, they have to disarm every home first and destroy our constitutional right to bear arms. That's what this illegal and unconstitutional bill is truly designed to do. It's a public defecation on our Constitutional Rights to defend ourselves and last time I checked, any attempt to harm the Constitution is a Federal Crime? This HD4420 Bill attacks only law abiding citizens who own guns. It does not discuss anything about the treatment of criminals with guns because it wants to label anyone and everyone who owns a gun a criminal. Can we please bring charges to jail these criminals who put forth and signed this illegal bill to defecate on our Constitutional Rights?
Every Mass citizen, every lawyer who claims to defend the US Constitution, especially every COP, Police Chief, State and Federal Law Enforcer should get behind you and help stop this HD4420 crime.
If people do not wake up and fight this then your the type that deserves to be controlled like mindless sheep.
But let me make this clear, this Bill does NOT represent any Mass resident I know.
It's a defecation on the most important document ever to protect a nation, call the US Constitution and its well documented 10 Bill of Rights ratified in 1791.
"And the devil laughed all the way back to hell as he said, all I ask is that you allow them to make their own rules."

1st amendment is freedom of expression. We no longer have that. The government needs to approve it before we decorate our own property or add optics to guns. More seriously, we are being banned from closed door sessions and from carrying guns anywhere, including places of worship and our own property.
      2nd - self explanatory.
4th - unreasonable search and seizure. This bill makes virtually every semi auto gun sold since 1994 a felony. This bill makes everyone a felony overnight. Whether they plan to go door to door or demand people turn over legally obtained property, it is a violation of their 4th.
5th - right to not snitch on oneself. This one is fairly obvious. Courts have ruled that if someone "forgets" to register their guns in the alloted time, it is a violation of their 5th amendment right, since by definition, it is forcing them to admit to a crime. Demanding that people register guns and seek permission from the government before doing ANYTHING is a major violation of the 5th.
Demanding that people self report on the guns and feeding devices that they LEGALLY obtained, is also a problem.
14th - rights granted to naturalized citizens. We are no longer citizens of the US. We are a separate class of law breakers being subjected to tyrannical laws and not even being afforded rhe same rights as freed slaves.
I'm sure @daveyhogan can expound upon this, but it was a fun mental exercise. Please forward him $250. 😂

Politicians are spineless and cynical animals. If enough of their constituents make it clear that a bill is a hard stop and will result in funding and voting for their primary and general election opponents, they'll bend the knee. Make your voice heard: politely corner them at a public event, write physical letters, call, or email to express your displeasure with the bill. Doing something has a chance of making a difference if enough people join in, doing nothing doesn't.

I find this thinking to be widespread among Massachusetts residents. It has been psy-op'd into their thought process. It is time to rethink, to re-approach your actions.
Never give in. Never give in. Never. Never. Never.
This mindset is the mindset of your opponents. They have become your oppressors.
This HD 4420 is an oppressive bill. This bill has become a watershed bill against the 2nd Amendment and the national in scope participants are taking notice. 2A attorneys across the country have taken notice as have the anti-2A side. The anti-2A side have decided that now is the time to remove firearms shops from existence in MA. Online sales of anything, any part of a firearm will end. These stores will simply stop offering any product because of the complexity of this 145 page bill.
Make no mistake. The Rep Day's gun "safety tour" was used, not for good faith actions, instead, to find any weakness in the firearms business and to exploit those weaknesses.
Simply ingoring this bill could, like the ATF pistol brace rule, make a lawful gun owner an unlawful gun owner without any action by that gun owner. Ignore this bill at your own peril.

We have no leadership. We need leadership and another declaration and another Lexington/Concord to motivate ourselves into action. One of my great grandfathers Aaron Fisk was living in Holliston Ma when the Lexington/Concord incident happened. He had to find a farmer who borrowed his musket and then he set off to fight the British. Soon after he enlisted in the Continental Army and became a private. His brother became a Lieutenant. They were unable to return to their homes afterwards because they became wanted men by the British. The British destroyed all of my grandmother's cooking ware which was an evil thing to do back then. That was like stealing somebody's horse. Some of my grandfather's family letters are preserved today at the Quincy museum. His letters during the beginning of the war were saddening. Over time the letters became more happy and he described how they were capturing weapons and becoming more armed.
My grandfather Aaron Fisk had a cousin named Abigail Smith. Abigail married John Adams. When John ran for president the family voted for him and later my grandfather wrote a family letter with the exact words "We got a blacksheep in the family" and they didn't vote for John again. Years later the family voted for John Quincy Adams and in a letter my grandfather wrote in exact words "Well we got another blacksheep in the family" and they didn't vote for John Quincy again.

Pass this on to your club. I just sent this to GOAL.
Hello, I had sent a valid question days ago concerning this ‘new law’ being implemented on 8-1, GOAL never responded. It was a question as to why GOAL/NRA did not immediately put a TRO on this ‘law’ that was just passed so as to keep gun owners from harm while letting it go through the courts for review,
GOAL and the NRA need to address that question. Gun club members/ gun owner’s in general all over the state are wondering why they send you money and you do nothing with it to protect them from the harm this bill does?
Again, our bigger concern is Why GOAL did not immediately put a TRO, (temporary restraining order) against this attack on our 2A to halt it so it would do no harm and give the courts a chance to look at it, up to and including SCOTUS??
GOAL would not, had not returned a reply to my question on that, they only want your money, shut up and just send us money……no different than the NRA! Useless!

Like Sig shirts, 2nd Ammendment stickers including "don't step on me "and other fun items to enhance the experience. They can learn about gun culture different than oppressed culture. No firing would be needed for most meets and greets. Dummy rounds for pulling triggers and cycling actions,. Did I miss something? Reading the chiefs of police report, chief gliddon highlights the private property posting part. While a sign is required notifying the allowance of firearms on the property, did the bill exempt the property owners and who are the owners? I mean, do the owners need a sign posted so as to carry themselves? Is the sign required for visiting friends, even if no shooting is allowed? It would seem so. In other words, if you own firearms and a single family home, you need a sign. If you rent a home and own firearms, there needs to be a sign. Guess if there's no sign, firearms would be stored in the family vehicle. Ya know, safer storage than inside the home /s.
Isn't nasi fascism fun? A sign (star of david) for the evil firearms owners. It already states carrying your ltc at all times is necessary, even if your not carrying. Auctung, PAPERS, PLEASE. Not carrying your ltc is revocation of the license. You will be punished.
In my youth (living in DC), I worked for a former Hitler Youth. Ya know, he used to parade thru the streets of Berlin during Hitler's reign. He thought like this bill is written. Hitler's youth group would be proud of these proponents.

Wow. This HD4420 just keeps getting dumber. Transporting firearms in a vehicle section states that an unloaded firearm must be transported in a locked box of some sort as does ammo. Additionally, they must be stored in seperate vehicle compartments and not accessible from the occupants compartment. Hmmm, my wife and I both own wagons (ford focus and toy matrix), so, neither of us can legally transport our guns in MA. Then again, how many vehicles have 2 trunks? Gotta be separate compartments and can't include the passenger area. As MA police chief gliddon pointed out, there's no provision for conceal carry vehicle transportation. 145 pages and they have no legal provision, no superceeds provision for conceal carry in a vehicle, personal vehicle or otherwise.

Massachusetts is a lost cause. They will do like new york and just pass another bs law that has to be fought, and another one, and another one. The Supreme court needs to step up already and slap the crap out of these states and require any new gun law to be approved by the federal government in a two thirds majority. Mass just lost in court in lowell on a carrying across state lines law. Now people from any state can carry anything across state lines into ma. This means people from out of state have special privileges while in ma that ma residents dont have. Thatvin its self should be grounds to file in court against all of these gun laws. Do it now!!!

I hear you. And for some, that is an answer. But if we continue to abandon territory simply because we’ve lost the majority, then how can we ever expect to make progress spreading the message that gun ownership is a good thing? We need to stay and fight for these rights. And encourage more communities to embrace a positive gun culture. Massachusetts and New York still have large populations outside of major metropolitan areas who grow up shooting and hunting and who carry every day. And we have a place here, among the liberal cities. We have coexisted here for 250 years and we will continue. Guns are not the problem. I love Texas, but I love New England too. Don’t retreat. Don’t give up the ship.
