why the fiddler is not the same as what u explained on? there are a lot of functions that are deleted on the last version, so how I can install the old version?
allowing root certificates was my issue. I've never had this issue in the past, It seems that for the newer release this is not allowed by default. thanks

i did everything correct but all the HTTPS request were lock do you know why?

When I downloaded fiddler it looks really different than yours..
theres different fiddlers u gotta install the classic one
