    But you don't have to. It definitely tastes better! Especially Produce. Much Sweeter!
    6 Bell Peppers
    1 1/2 Cups Cooked Rice
    1 Large Onion chopped
    1/2 Red Onion chopped
    4 Portabella Mushrooms chopped
    1 tomato chopped
    1 Can Black Beans ( drained)
    1 Can Corn (drained)
    1 Jar of Marinara Sauce
    2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
    1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
    1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
    1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
    1/2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
    Rinse Peppers & Cut Tops off
    Pull out Insides( Discard Insides) Save Tops. Bake empty Peppers at 350 for 30 minutes in a large bake pan with Parchment paper. Chop up the tops of the Peppers around the stems & put in the bowl with rest of ingredients.
    Stir. Take Peppers out of the oven and spoon stuffing from bowl into peppers. Bake for 1 hour on 350.
    Let cool down enough to eat. Enjoy!
