I see im not the only one looking for sounds from my childhood summer nights to gal asleep to. This is the best one ive found hands down. Growing up in western Washington surrounded by woods and swamp this was the sound each night as id fall asleep with my window open. The nostalgia almost hurts to be honest. Homesick, yet comforted. Thank you so much!
I listen to this SO often. Thank you to the creator for making this and helping me sleep well! Sweet dreams everyone 💚🐸 Reminds me of childhood in the middle of Arkansas by the lakes in the woods.
I have horrible night terrors, EHS (exploding head syndrome), and insomnia, but with a couple melatonin pills and these listenable videos, I can avoid them almost 90% of the time. Plus, there’s no one annoying cricket, frog, or cicada that’s louder than the rest in this video, instead all the sounds blend together! I love it Thank you!
This is exactly the sound I've been trying to find! I'm in Tennessee and I can hear a distant pond, all the critters. I used to sleep with my window open, smelling the crisp spring air and sometimes moonlight would cover my bed. My absolute favorite memories.
Oh my! Brings back memories of my childhood growing up with a swampy woods across from our house. I loved listening to that. 50 years later and that swampy area now has duplex’s all over it. 😢
This is SUCH a soothing sound. I let it play all day long. It sounds the same outside right now...which is what inspired me to go looking for this in the first place. Thank you for this video!
Omg I also live in NC! Summer nights sound just like this, or if there is not any frogs, there is crickets and cicadas🥰 that loud abrupt "CH CH CH" from cicadas always brings a nice touch to the ambiance.
i live in Arizona, so i don’t get to experience this. i love frogs so so so much and i find their sounds super cute and oddly calming, makes me miss living in Utah near a water source, we had a few frogs here and there 😢
Northern WI here. I hear these guys every single spring. They are the best sound in the world to me. Wish they sang all summer though. We only get them for a few weeks.
autistic, lived in a tropical country for my teen years. just moved back to america and its dead silent in the house because i live in a neighborhood and its October. this video soothed a homesickness triggered meltdown. i know things will get easier. it just takes time.
Used to have tons of frogs in the field behind the house, man they were loud! Loved that sound. But with drought and years of county mosquito abatement spraying - gone. Thanks for the memories!
That’s so terribly sad. I wonder how long it’ll take the majority of humanity to wake up and realize how much destruction they’ve caused and will continue to cause as long as they’re not living sustainably.
Finally. This might be the one for me. Pretty much all of those sounds are what I was looking for. Only thing that might make it better is a steady stream/trickle and/or a campfire. Although I could see that never-ending high pjtch cricket sound. Might annoy me after a while.
I literally just heard this exact track on another video I clicked off of... But this one is better quality and the title actually reads as a title. I will say, though, that people are completely misconstruing the brainwaves being the same for both sleeping and focusing. The two are very different.
Hey Kit - Yeah I think you're right - there is a very faint motor sound in the background - depends on how you listen to it too - some speakers/headphones accentuate funny things that aren't there on others.... I hope it's not too distracting, but I'll understand if you move on from this one 😋
Where are the frogs I haven't seen or heard of since I was a child child. This planet got filthy so that frogs didn't survive. Probably somewhere in Thailand or Japan only.
Hmmm... well ok... except it's not a song, and I have no idea what "in his make up some fries" means. but I hope you find some videos you like on the channel. Be well.
The best part of childhood was throwing open the windows at bedtime and hearing this comforting sound. Thank you!
Right? I miss it
And the smell of that nighttime Fresh air
❤
The best part of my childhood was having a warm bed and food in my belly
Yes! We lived out on the mountain and the sound was so loud. I loved it!
Utah, nighttime peaceful home. Cats curled up start snoring peacefully and safe on soft cushions
You put my 3 year old daughter to sleep after we read a nonfiction book about frogs 🐸 we both love them. Thank you!
I grew up poor in Southwest Florida with no AC. I tell asleep to that sound every summer night. Open windows and a box fan. We were happy.
I think many of us are longing for what we remember to be a "simpler time". I know I am. Thanks for listening Robert!!
@@OutdoorTherapy1I love this too. It's one of my favorite sounds in the summer.
I still sleep with a box fan on at night at 50!
Grew up next to a creek in my teen years. This was every spring through summer nights. 😊
You know when your hear the peepers spring is right around the corner !!!! Love the peeper frogs, great to know others like these sounds as well

Ty, that’s beautiful ❤
Thank you, I needed to see that. Bless you!
No, the things will get worst for everyone, the day of we die is getting close and nobody Know what will be after our death, maybe we'll disapper.
Thank you so much😊
I live in Louisiana. This sounds like my whole front and backyard, especially after it rains.

I just moved from Seattle to a little town on the coast. I hear this every night now 💚
Same as you except I grew up in Eastern Washington. I miss the frogs haha.
This is perfect!!!! This is what it sounded like at night at my house when I was a kid!!! I grew up in a swampy area in Northern Minnesota.

Thank you! I love sleeping to frogs.
Moved to a house next to a pond when I was 7 now I live somewhere else but I still love the sound of frogs at night
Nice. It’s amazing How sounds can bring back memories…
Grew up in a swampy part of southeast Georgia. This is my white noise
Love hearing frogs...so relaxing 🐸
East Texas at night, windows open, a breeze whisperin' through the pines....
zzzzz.

Something about this noise makes me go right to sleep, thank you

Crickets sounds that’s my therapy for my buzzing/tinnitus and helps me fell asleep quickly
Divine sounds of nature, thank you for the rest!

Indeed it does💖💖💖
Yes, yes it does

Slept like a baby with these frog songs, like l do in Spring when frogs are singing here. Thanks!
Thank you for bringing me my childhood sounds
Helps with my tinnitus
Such good sleep! And I'm from the UK, so these sounds are definitely not from my natural habitat😂!
Love these frog sounds. Perfect to listen to with the AC blasting in summer!
This brings back chilhood memories thank you, helps me sleep also. Shout out to all the froggies, dont stop partying.
Awesome... thanks so much for listening!!
@@OutdoorTherapy1 I had forgotten to sub you, I just did that now!
I live in mid Michigan and live across from a mill pond. Can't wait to be able to sleep with my windows open and hear this.
Doing it tonight!
Oh my! Brings back memories of my childhood growing up with a swampy woods across from our house. I loved listening to that. 50 years later and that swampy area now has duplex’s all over it. 😢
As a Pennsylvanian this is always my favorite thing to hear during the summer
Nice!! Thanks so much for listening! What part of Pennsylvania are you in? I've been planning a trip out to the Lancaster area for a while 💛💛💛
This is SUCH a soothing sound. I let it play all day long. It sounds the same outside right now...which is what inspired me to go looking for this in the first place. Thank you for this video!
Wish I lived in the swamp. Frog noises are my absolute favorite noise. I listen to this every night
Wow, thanks so much Erin!! Love and Light to you and yours!!
This is what it sounds like here where I live in N.C💖💖💖thank you😄
Omg I also live in NC! Summer nights sound just like this, or if there is not any frogs, there is crickets and cicadas🥰 that loud abrupt "CH CH CH" from cicadas always brings a nice touch to the ambiance.
I've listened to this video every night for the past 5 months. The frogs work like a charm every time.
I do miss the pines of East Texas where I grew up.
i live in Arizona, so i don’t get to experience this. i love frogs so so so much and i find their sounds super cute and oddly calming, makes me miss living in Utah near a water source, we had a few frogs here and there 😢
I love it! Thank you!
Excellent! Thanks so much for listening Patricia!! 💛💛💛
Sounds like my backyard after a week of raining! I love it! I miss this when my pond dries up!
Northern WI here. I hear these guys every single spring. They are the best sound in the world to me. Wish they sang all summer though. We only get them for a few weeks.
Excellent. Thanks 👌
Wonderful! many thanks!
Nothing better! Thank you!
Great stuff!
Agree with Georgia below: my white noise. Still listening :)

So glad it helped…. Thanks so much for listening 💛💛💛
Reminds me of my childhood living in the country side of Michigan
I remember staying out late with my cousins and kokum and hearing this, i miss those days.
Used to have tons of frogs in the field behind the house, man they were loud! Loved that sound. But with drought and years of county mosquito abatement spraying - gone. Thanks for the memories!

@@TheeAntiChris My fear is that it will take a very long time, perhaps too long. Has the majority of humanity ever agreed on anything yet?

Awesome
Thanks!!
This is the sound I hear where I'm from in the woods of Oklahoma, after it rains, or during a light rain. Usually in the Spring.
The mating calls of frogs in love...
By spring I will be opening my window and here these sounds live😎, but for now this is great 👍 😊
It's still pretty cold up here in Wyoming, but there's just a bit of Spring in the air already 😀 Thanks so much for listening Nate!!
Lucky you :/
I get the same sound from across the road to our house.
Nice… Our ambient sounds are a bit different up here in Wyoming 😜
Am I going here zero Ad's? I'm listening 🎉
This reminds me of Quebec .
Singing the songs of my peepers.
Feels like summer camp in Southern California
Totally!
Cricket sounds sleeping time

This is the worst song ever I’d rather go to McDonald’s in his make up some fries
Hmmm... well ok... except it's not a song, and I have no idea what "in his make up some fries" means. but I hope you find some videos you like on the channel. Be well.
