I was a charter bus driver for several years and I can tell you with absolute certainty many passengers ARE like children...they have no idea how to tell time so the driver has to look for them when it's time to leave at meal breaks, they don't follow instructions, are rude to fellow passengers, have temper tantrums on the bus, throw trash on the floor, piss all over the toilet seat, and have hissy fits when they don't get a smoke break whenever they want. Does that sound like the behavior of well-adjusted adults?
She has great customer service skills and she has an amazing personality. All drivers should be like her. ❤️
