Hi Debbie! I absolutely love your channel and your paints! I have been using them for about a month and I have done over 20 flipping projects with them. I find they are 100 times better than traditional chalk paint , Martha Stewart’s for example. So thank you for inspiring me to make some money on the side and have a lot of fun too! My friends think I’m an artist but anyone can use these paints they are so easy and they all work together! Funny how every color seems to work together....another huge plus with your products! So today I am painting a velvet rocker that I picked up for five bucks! Its gorgeous and I couldn’t be more excited! It’s a gold yellow color and I’d really like it to come out somewhere like the sailor blue shade.... so wish me luck, but I am following your steps exactly! I’m so excited! Again, thank you for inspiring me to turn my hobby into an actual business. I really mean that, your videos have helped me more than you know!
One quick thing that I hate to even mention or ask about... but sometimes I get a headache the way you shoot your videos with the camera as high as you have it. I wonder why you do it that way? If it’s something out of your control or a personal preference? It’s hard for me to focus lol 😂GOD IM GETTING OLD HAHAH

Debi, I once made my husband stop the car and rescue a crib rail from an bridge.. it wasn't too scary. It was solid Ash or some nice wood. I made it into a ceiling hanging rack.Since then used your DYI paint techniques to paint other salvaged thrift store crib rails to use in my renfaire shoppe. I love them.

I found a 70s style side chair with a harvest gold velvet back and seat. I put outdoor print fabric over the back and seat and repainted the wood to match the fabric...it came out very nice and I use the chair everyday!

I can't tell you how much I love your work, your creativity and your passion. My mom was into refinishing furniture in the 70;s so every piece is brown stained or oiled wood. I remember being told over and over "They only painted bad, cheap wood." In my heart I knew this couldn't be true, I'd seen pictures of beautiful, vividly painted furniture. She's tried to make me promise not to paint any of the pieces she's worked on after she's gone but I keep changing the subject. I'm an artist at heart, monotone is not my thing. Thank you again for such a creative video, I know they're a lot of work but we all appreciate it!

I think the stories behind the pieces makes a home much more interesting! I have an old step back cabinet I got out of a dirty old garage and a pie safe which my husband dreaded helping me get them both but they have been with us 25 years. I painted one really cute. We just moved and they are still with us 😉 They need updated paint. Your technique is what inspires me most. Love your style. Cant wait to get started Deb! TFS.
