I recently just celebrated being healthy and running consistently for the last year and a half. We as runners take running for granted sometimes and it’s always good to celebrate the fact we get to do this!

For me, my first overall win since 2018 was last month when I placed 1st Overall in the Navajo Nation’s annual 12-hour mountain-running endurance challenge. I’ll take it at age 60 ;-) Onward and Upward.
