- This is footage taken on Saturday July 1 2023. Tonight we are back in Kensington section of Philadelphia going for a night drive through some of the areas worst blocks and hoods. What you see is real, is not a movie and it's not scripted. This is just raw footage of Kensington at night.
Kensington Philadelphia has become the East Coast poster child for addiction, crime, poverty and blight. We've already seen how wild it can get in the morning so we decided to come back and check it out on a summer night to compare.
Philadelphia is America's 7th largest city with a great history. It's America's first capital city and birthplace of the Declaration of Independence as this is the place that document was both created and signed. However like most American cities its fallen upon harder times and nowhere in the city reflects this more than Kensington.

There used to be a lot more places like this in america. This story about democrat socialist blah blah blah…… it would all get better if we give all the tax breaks to the rich? I mean COVID comes from China during a housing inflation period, everyone from cali was moving to Phoenix, Arizona, and many people were losing their jobs to COVID and other things. Whole families went homeless. China sends Fentanyl to the Mexican cartels to smuggle into Phoenix streets where all those homeless people are, everything here is made in China. So you can bet that Kensington is being attacked with tranq/fent (biological warfare) by China as well. The world is a stage and there are some unimaginably evil people orchestrating all of this. Democrats keep the border open, Republicans give the sheep something to stay mad about so they vote Democrat to keep the border open. Two wings, One Bird. The system is made by Hegelian dialect design. To divide the people it wishes to control. The system is one group overruling all. So all of these crazy world events taking place right now are connected and all serving the agendas of that group.
This place is a health hazard, and should be condemned.

I have used to lived there, since the Polish comunity is so close by. I have walked 5 am by the street to the subway That was 20 years ago. I wouldnt do this now, hell no.

I've been watching this.i am so shocked. People that you see crying like the elderly lady with a cat . Can't you get her out of the street off the streets help her!!! Made me cry too😢
Every state has to declare this massive addiction a crisis find a facility or build one call the national guard and it is no longer their choice and just start loading them up they going to have to do something
Take a bulldozer through there clear out the area. Build a huge supermarket grocery store affordable grocery store with a gated up parking lot pay as you come in like they do at the Philadelphia zoo so your car is safe while you shop. Clear some more of that drug traffic out of there by building up some new homes in that area with parking underneath so there's more space on the road for people to drive by. Put signs up say no parking on the road once they build up the community better raise the rent. Build up a nice big restaurant parking underneath the building gated up like they do in other sections of Philadelphia. Chase that drug traffic out of there. Local authorities they need to step it up walk around with dogs sniff out the drugs choice is rehab or jail. Build up a huge recovery center one for men one for women make it brand new so it's interesting to go to. Don't feed them on the streets unless they participate in cleanup everyone cleans up then they get served food for free. Everyone gets a bag and they have to fill it up with trash then they get a free plate of food no more free handouts of food unless they're going to work for it at least one bag of trash it's disgusting they have no problem throwing the trash all around and taking things for free they should have no problem picking it up and still being able to get something for free feeling sorry for them people they don't want to work make them work not going to kill them to pick up some trash Nights and days all mixed up walk around all day like a zombie if they can walk around all day in the heat they can pick up some freaking trash too come on now
Food is a basic human right. It's not a "handout". I'm sure a lot of these people would clean up if there is an incentive for it. Not everyone on the streets is an addict. People fall on hard times for various reasons. You say out the rent up, how does that help? Unless you are pumping money into this community, so people can afford basic necessities like food, let alone more expensive rent, I don't think you really get to put them down.

Maybe we should give the taxpayer some incentive to keep seeing their tax dollar get spent for things like this, while all their needs get ignored.

Hey @GhettoMerica I hope you don't get carjacked by driving slow in repeated patterns (also sounds like you may have a window or two down, I'm sure to help capture ambient audio). It could be beneficial to disguise your camera, if at all possible. Judging by reactions I saw, some folks are recognizing you- there's a potential that individuals are assuming you're law enforcement (slow creeping speed, camera set up, etc.). Hopefully you have already noticed all of this as well, but I'd regret not mentioning it. You're alone, sometimes in unfamiliar territory: don't take TOO many risks without having an exit strategy. It only takes ONE desperate, armed, opportunistic person to see you around, notice your equipment/vehicle/ANYTHING to completely alter your path. Best of luck, and thanks for showing the decline of certain areas.

If you haven’t noticed, this is being done on purpose. Each passing administration has been worse and worse for this country. Now we seem to be in an “end game” type scenario. Replacing Americans with AI automation and cheap foreign labor… the dystopian future predicted in all the sci-fi movies is now upon us.
I think that this is an incredible way to showcase and bring attention to just how many people are suffering from the disease of addiction in this country. In nearly every second of recorded footage you can see someone slumped over obvious high AF. We've all probably heard the saying "things have to get worse before they can get better", but just how much more worse do they have to get!? I live in the north side of Chicago, and sadly the homelessness and drug abuse is a mirror image of what I'm watching right now in Philly. All I can say is, "God please help us".

These people were trying to help, but didn’t know what to do. She was rolling around in the neighbors grass, humping the sidewalk & taking off her shirt. Well the folks weren’t letting her. Anyway people who smoked it (That lady did on some reality show, and other interviews I’ve heard) say they’ll never do it again .. because they feel like their body is literally on 🔥. And I think that might be what Carlie G. smoked that night she vanished. The young girl who went missing after she allegedly smoked pot only. Anyway it shouldn’t be sold anymore. It does things some illegal drugs do or worse. Also people say their motor skills go completely insane. Hence the constant moving. Crazy. Spice I think is the other name.

Technically no. They only sleep after several days of being up. When their bodies can't stay up no more even with the effects of the drugs they do, and shut down. Coke and crack heads stay up for up to 4 maybe even 5 days straight. Cocaine is a hell of a drug. Opiates is hells finest poison.

Humanity shouldn't have the knowledge to create drugs this powerful. Fentanyl is being produced because it's cheaper to manufacture and transport, and large Chinese companies are profiting from it.
