Please give some time as all kids are different. He will gradually start just make him do lot of scribbling. There are pencil holders also available to help them take proper grip.

What is the purpose of teaching Alphabets and Numbers at the early age of 2 or 3 years?
this is pathetic, why dont you start their Advance JEE or NEET classes.
Parents just want to show off that their kid can write and read at early age.
Shame.
