Hello, I bought this blender two days ago, but I have a question. When I put the blender blades into the blender, they don't seem to click into the base. Is this normal?
Yes, it's normal. It doesn't click into the base. It makes it easier to put in and remove. The blade makes contact at the base and the lid, so there's no need to click into place. We thought about the same thing when we tested it.
My wife likes to crush pork rinds for various recipes, is it ok to use the pulse function for this? I noticed it says in the manual not to use the stacked blades for dry ingredients. Are there any other blades available for this model?
Ideally, that sounds like a job for a food processor. This model seems to be designed to function just as a blender. Their Ultimate System is designed to be both a blender and a food processor. I only have 4 out of the 6 ingredients, frozen fruits, milk, sugar and ice……is that ok ?
For the smoothie we made in the video, looks like the vanilla extract is the only thing missing, but should be fine without it
