Really looking forward to seeing the end result, I have a 3.0i Z3 and would like to do an engine swap too with a V8 from e92 m3.
Cheers! Ahh the 3.0l was a swap suggestion, but I didn’t want to swap to an engine that came in the car. That E92 V8 would be something special!
@Sam_Proctor it would be absolutely bonkers, just need to find a competent garage to do it cause I'm no mechanic at all

I'm excited to see yours running properly out on the street. Crazy that we're both doing it to red 1.9s! There can't be many rotary Z3s out there. I'm hoping that we'll be able to get this RX8 engine running but appreciate they're not the most desirable
@@Sam_Proctor i said the same thing i know there was one other one like 8 or 10 years ago. Have not seen any thing on it in years but i think it was a track car

Have to say I know nothing about Rotary so good luck. I have a 99 pre face lift 2.8 manual with 43k on her. I watched your first video and I was hoping you would go down the ITBs route as I want to fit them on mine. Anyway, it'll be interesting to see how you get on. 👍🇬🇧
Oh that sounds like a gem of a car! Such low mileage for the age 👌 you should definitely look into ITBs, I might be wrong, but I think you have more options with your engine than I had before. At least from a kit point of view. My plan with the rotary is to convert it to ITBs too 😉 even more noise! Thanks for watching 🤙
Hello, yes I will as I love the sound they make. I fitted an Eisenmann Race cat-back which sounds the business. Anyway, it'll be interesting to see how you get on. Cheers
