It worked really well for me - Single container in 2002 BMW M5 with 335000mi. Check engine light went off on its own for 10k miles. I no longer have the car so I don't know if it could have lasted longer.
Did you have any improvement in your O2 readings after the treatment? If so I would try a second container and since it is running so well try one of the bung extenders prior to changing cats. If you do have to change the cats I would find look for a salvage yard set from a car certified with low miles from a yard that will give you a 6mo or greater warranty.
@@briggsmonster That's great it worked in your M5, and congrats on getting an S62 over 335k. Wow. My O2 readings were about the same unfortunately, and in my case I did try another bottle after the video and it didn't improve. Eventually, I added a set of O2 sims to turn the light off. Its been about 2k miles with no issues.
I would replace the O2 sensors with factory quality. I once used O2 sensors from ebay and my check engine kept going on. Once I replaced them with OE brand from ebay they went off.
Just saw that video P0420 Cataclean single shot. I will try it on my Toyota truck.
Good luck!
I just tried it,on my hyundai accent, let see if it works out
Crossing my fingers for you!
My Accent light is on too 420. I tried it once with no luck I might try it again.
It did work,I'm so happy let's see what happens with my emission test .
@@sonichedgehog8723 Good luck if you try again.
@@yessyturcios7392 hope it passes!

Thanks for sharing.

That's a good thought. I have had some issues in the past with less-than-quality aftermarket parts.
Since it didn’t work what are you going to try now?
I decided to go cheap and easy. I installed a pair of O2 sims with mini converters in them. No more issue now!
Were the cats clogged? Is this gonna be a long term solution?
@@Theeverythingcat thankfully no. They are just marginally ineffective setting the sea light.
I found no difference at all on a Suzuki vitara
Dang. Sorry to hear that.
Snake oil😂
@@IDontKnowWhatImDoing09 it’s worth the try in my book for the price. If it had worked I would have been super excited. Oh well.
If I just clear the code I can go 1-4 weeks before it comes back on, so I don't think the "cleaners" do anything besides drain your wallet.
@@gmcblanewhat I’ve decided is this likely can help pass smog, but clearly wasn’t a long term fix.
used it several times, it works
