Why do people continue to drive seeing same or higher cars already stuck? Once the water reaches half or 3/4of your tire, your car is pretty much a toast, especially new cars with all the electrics

I’m from Louisiana and have experienced many hurricanes and tropical storms and the number one rule is to not drive in flood waters. It’s a L waiting to happen
If you don't have a large truck or SUV, then, you have NO business driving through water like that!

Lol this is normal for these flood areas, cracks me up when people move in and freak out. They want more construction done and roadways etc, but it makes the water go to areas that had it better. People need to just use their brain pan when living or visiting anywhere now a days. It's just hilarious watching the media and people act like this is a new thing with mother nature.
Record breaking droughts, floods, heatwaves and a CO2 level not seen in 4 million years (when oceans were 25 meters higher). This is man-made climate change. This is what happens when you destroy ecosystems in the name of profits and pump the atmosphere full of greenhouse gasses.
@@LiquidSpartan117 it's how life is, planet needs to clean house or population somehow. Just the way it's been since biblical times and since beginning of time. People trying to fiquire out reasons to it is just a human trait I guess. The planet will do what it wants period, the more you change things the crazier it will react. Only way you will ever satisfy her is by getting rid of all technology, devices, and buildings etc etc. So everyone crying and carrying on about this and that done is wasting air on a issue that will never change. People over the entire planet would have to go back to living in open spaces and picking berries off bushes again to create change. That is not going to happen.

How hard is it to check the weather or see the numerous news alerts saying it's going to be flooding, and just stay home? Save your money and just party harder next weekend. The streets were flooded near my job at Midtown Miami yesterday like this too, I lost all 4 hub caps and my license plate in the flood waters with my car.

wow that dude just totaled the Corvette... probably doesn't even know it ...yet.. the computers are underneath the drivers seat in all new model cars so submerging the car gets water into the computer box which will cause all kinds of problems i'm about 4-6 weeks. car is done...
Is there a map of the Miami MSA that shows where all the flooding normally occurs during heavy rains so we can avoid those areas?

look up miami dade county flood zones. It shows the FEMA flood zones & you can search an address as well. The vast majority if Miami-Dade county is a flood zone.
