Thank you @coastlinefishing. I have a quick question which I hope you won’t mind answering. Last night I had a cod session up at catterline at the light house. 9 hour session with 2 rods, pullys on both fishing mackerel and lug. No fish whatsoever. As your from close to the area do you know if it can fish well? I’ve now racked up over 90 hours of cod fishing with 2 rods ( mainly on the south side of the forth, east of north Berwick) with no fish. Would you have any suggestions of what I’m doing wrong? Thanks.

@@UntouchedFishing it doesn’t sound like you are doing a thing wrong mate. Right baits and right rigs I would say. I personally have not fished that mark but have had good sessions at Arbroath. For our coast anywhere from st monans up to Arbroath area fishes really well but it seems conditions are key. In my experience (may not be what everyone says) you need a good few days of a north/north east, decent swell and a good colour in the water before it fishes well. Also a big spring tide helps. Again my personal experience, anything wind or swell with west in it doesn’t fish very well. The winter season is only just getting going really so I’ll be heading out for my first session soon. Basically just pray for some good easterly storms 😂

@@CoastlineFishing that some very valuable advice, thank you very much. Might not be ideal, but I think im going to head up that direction today, see if I can't pick up a few tommies 😄

@@UntouchedFishing no problem at all. Wednesday onwards looks like it’s going to get good with a big easterly pushing in! So towards the end of this coming week into next should be great. I also find the cod fishing is much more productive at night in the winter 👍🏼

Cheers for the feedback. I’d love to get a video out each week or more but I’ve had some horrendous sessions recently. Had 1 fish in about 9 sessions out. Caught the one time I didn’t film. Been out 3 times to get content in the last week. All 10+ hour bait sessions with 2 rods out. Blanked every time 😂. I’ll get there eventually…. I hope 🙏

So happy to see a new upload from ya! Keep them coming. Great video editing by the way, very well done.
I'm at present designing three new special lures & would love you to try them out before they go to market.
    How can we hook up?
