She has only taken 4 PK's there is not much history there 2 of them were blocked not misses like many have described. For a long time when every there was a PK either Wambach or Lloyd took them and not the actually person who got the PK. We saw that through the 2015 WOrld Cup run. Maybe it was a genaral consensus thet the Captain(s) always takes the PK whenever there was one. Someone with more soccer experience who actually played on soccer teams, maybe able to better answer that

Men's CONCACAF qualifying gets more and more cutthroat every cycle, and our men's team didn't do ANY rebuilding after the last World Cup.

Look, I love the WNT, but they couldn't beat the U-17s, much less the senior team. Back in 2012, the WNT actually did play the boys U-17 team and lost 8-2. They'd probably lose to the U-15 boys. They just can't handle the athleticism and pace of the boys and the men less so. If the two senior teams actually played and each team played to their fullest, the score would be somewhere around 12-0.
A funny question to pose but it wouldn't even be close... the men would easily out pace the women and it would end in a heavy mismatch in favor of the men. There is a reason why men and women play in different leagues.
