If you are perpetually stuck in a bootloop AND your phone will not respond/come out of the loop at all, you may have to plug it into your computer or laptop as if you’re going to sync it. I had a similar prob w a previous phone & I thought my phine was gonna be a lost cause until he told me toI plug in as a last ditch effort.... I was THRILLED when my phone came back to life the moment I did! Good Luck to ya~

My iPhone keeps restarting only when it’s not in use and I tried to restart it, tried to power it off for the night n turn it on when I wake up, reset all my settings and it still restarts
Maybe mine is different but after I tried this it restarted right after and did it 3 or more times and I am trying this again but sadly it didn’t work :(
Had this problem with a few phones I’ve repaired , now I put the device in recovery mode with 3 utools and leave the phone to charge from the wall in recovery mode for around a day and usually it stops

My problem is my phone will work for like maybe a minute each then it'll turn off and show a black seem with a white/rai bow line somewhere on the screen it's different each time by size and place and it's usually just one horizontal line, then it shows the white seen with the Apple logo, shuts off a again to a black screen then goes back to th r white apple logo screen and turns on. It's been on th r charger for hours and it always says it's at 1 % and then after a little goes back to 5% which is what is was at befode this whole thing started, any tips I'm super stressed about it

KEY is the repetition. I had itunes up and my phone plugged in, just kept repeating the hard shut down until it stopped restarting on its own. Then a new screen popped up indicating to be plugged into itines and my computer started to recongize a device was plugged in.
I opened an app and it would restart each time ☹️☹️

oh thank you my phone was stuck in a loop of just rebooting so i just help the power button and the volumw up botton for about 15 seconds and then i let go the power botton and then it started rebooting

I couldn’t do anything about it after it turned black so I decided to take it to the iStore, weirdly tho when I got to the store it switched on🤔. But I still sent it to have it repaired. They told me they couldn’t find a problem so I just took my phone back and it was working...still working.

Try holding the Power button and the volume button simultaneously and continuously for long periods until it does at least something- then maybe try restarting it through your laptop. Hope this helps

You have it hooked up to a computer and then have iTunes on and then have your phone hooked up then it goes into recovery mode then you can restore your phone

Hi. My iPhone 7 Plus accidentally fell in the tub and I dried it (while
switched off for approximately 12 hours). When I tried to switch it on,
it showed the apple logo and then the screen just goes dark and then
back to the apple logo in loop. It just wont turn on. I tried the hard
reset option by holding the Volume Down and Lock Buttons simultaneously
- it did require I restore the firmware via iTunes, which I did. After
the restore, on switching on, the phone went into that loop again. I
don't know what to do.

Yo i found a fix... dont worry this works for at least all iphones 5-10 .... what you do is remeber how your volume was when you shut off your phone.
possibilitys-
-volume all the way up #1
-volume all the way down #2
-volume in between #3
(remember your number)

(make sure your phone is plugged in)
(to turn off the phone hold down power and volume down)
fixes-
fix for #1 - make sure your phone is off. Hold down the power button until you see apple logo. then hold volume down until your phone fixes
fix for #2- make sure your phone is off. Hold down the power button until you see apple logo. then hold volume up until your phone fixes
fix for #3- make sure your phone is off. Hold down the power button until you see apple logo. then hold volume up or down until your phone fixes. (if down doesn't work then try up)

that should work. The reason you need to change the volume is to break the phones habbit of rebooting.

I have an iPhone 6S, and one day is September it froze, so i decided to reboot it, then all my text groups were gone. Then It kept freezing and then at one point it signed me out of my Apple ID and my phone number. Then it just shut off and my iPhone will reboot and then just turn black, then i try to reboot it again, the same thing happens, anyone know what to do?
lmao Dude you obviously don't have a clue what you're doing. Different button combinations do different things.. it's not just "push random buttons and umm maybe umm it'll work". The reason the 7/7+ doesn't use home+power (like you said to do..) is it's not a mechanical button anymore. So it's not going to work until the phone has posted. It's power and volume down. But all that's for is to restart the device (or if held past Apple logo, will put the device in recovery mode).Also random shutdowns and bootloop are entirely different situations. Just stop.

I had my iPhone 7plus at work on the desk...went to the back and when I came up my homebutton stopped working while the phone was on and I turned it off and it now does this reboot!! I’ve tried restoring it and I can’t get it done...I have an appointment at Apple tomorrow but can’t decide if I should just pay and get it fix or just get a new phone when I get paid...I would just hate to pay a lot to fix it cause i bought it pre used and i don’t have insurance but I’ve owned it two years 🤨 guess I’ll see when I go tomorrow
