i know you did shark alr, but i feel like another good accessory is the bear hat, its rolled from the dude who gives random stuff for bones at the haunted castle and the bear hat gives a 10% damage reduction, so paired with diamond and shark v4 you really will be immortal

idk if its any better than lei but the "bear ears'" accessory gives 10% more defence rather than regen :/
regen saves more hp
Ima gonna use that for a Tanky build
regen can stack with ghoul v2 passive regen and ghoul gives extra regen for dealing damage too so ghoul + lei makes you actually immortal, if nothing hits you you regen to max in 10 seconds and if the enemy tries to attack you, you heal by dealing damage at the same speed.

Ever heard of, Ghoul + lei + diamond? Ghoul gives passive regen boost and lei boosts regen in % so together they give you passive angel v3 healing + diamond defence and speed buff and blindness and hp sucking and regen negation of opponent and ken haki sucking with crows. From my experience with that build, even without diamond 5 seconds outside of PVP is enough to get back 30% of max hp...
