This is correct. That's what I did. Common last names are good. Even more minor English cities work, though I ran out of time when I tried it. Various combinations of Lake, Oak, Pine, Park, Ville, City, Land, Town, Port, etc. are also fruitful.
according to wiki there are 35 springfields (5 in wisconsin) the top 5 are, Washington (91), Franklin (45), Clinton (39), Arlington (38), Centerville (38)
This was definitely a good watch, a nice laid back video. Based on the numbers you guys did pretty great. I also liked that Zack AND Matty were featured.
Being from the west coast, I was yelling at them that they didn’t get places like El Paso, Douglas, Ely, Blythe, Carlsbad, Tucson, Long Beach, and Orange/Huntington beach expecting them to get these
Think it’s two separate words, but if he’s ever been to Tahoe he most likely stayed in South Lake there as well. Basically everyone who isn’t super rich stays down there. North Shore is one of the most expensive areas in the country, and South Lake is basically a college town without the school
Y'all started naming MLB cities, got 5 or 6 and stopped. Missed a few in Texas, missed my hometown in Florida, also Pensacola, Mobile, El Paso, you went back and got Lynchburg (VA), could've said Sleepy Hollow for NY... All in all, you guys did a great job. I tried to play this one myself but I'm not a "premium" member.
Missed a few large cities, even AFTER looking at google maps lol El Paso, Tuscon, Yuma, Mobile And the whole northern border was ignored lol. Does nobody seen those Deluth clothing commercials a million times? lol
Bruh most of illinois hates Chicago. Middle third of the state is just grouchy about the attention Chicago gets and identifies more with their Iowa and Indiana corn-fed tornado brothers. Bottom third want to secede and create their own racist far right impoverished wasteland as an F U to the fact the rest of the state evolved past 1950.
Out of curiosity, for the Huge Quiz above, those yield: Washington 1992 cities in 17 states/territories Franklin 2303 cities in 21 states Clinton 2181 cities in states, but twice in MI Arlington 893 cities in 9 states Centerville 692 cities in 8 states Combined, those hit 4818 cities (41.2% overall) as there is a fair amount of overlap in New England and Mid-Atlantic states. Note that to qualify, it needs to have a population of at least 1000. There seem to be some games with unincorprorated areas that may or may not be counted. Clinton was the only one to have multiple hits in the same state. For whatever reason, all the Michigan Clintons are near each other in the SE corner of the state.
@CoreyKRubin is correct because it needs to include 2 500+k cities. From the map, they may have covered Laredo through another city. Alternatively, HugeQuiz may have used data that doesn't have Spokane in the top 100. Wikipedia has it at 97th.
@@deepowls Yeah, @CoreyKRubin is definitely right. I thought I remembered them typing Tucson, but looking back on it, they spelled it "Tuscon", which is why I was confused. Spokane is probably the one on my list that's incorrect.
Cities: 11127/11687, but only 13 states on intermediate. I'm okay with that. I mistyped San Luis Obispo, apparently, which would have got several more, including 1 of my two missed 100+k (Santa Maria). Yuma, AZ and Yaikma, WA were two big population huge misses by me. Forgot to throw “city” after everything. Lots of towns that are *state* city, or like when you tried typing in Navajo, it would’ve worked if you added city.
Given the channel, I'm surprised you guys didn't just plow through all of the MLB cities, then the Triple-A, then Double-A and how ever many Single-A/Rookie ball cities you could name. That might knock out 80 percent of the map within a few minutes, depending on your difficulty setting.

I appreciate Jimmy insisting on BURLINGTON
