My Theory about Salaar is that just like KGF. Salaar is also have it's narrator so may be many characters of KGF are showing here except the main character so maybe once in while when the listeners Salaar and KGF said that what happened if they meet each other and than we see a collabrated movie but before that we didn't see any cameo's of prashant neel's movies characters like KGF, Salaar NTR 32 and bagaira and i thing this could be better choose to create a universe which is based on Stories which weren't combine but when the listeners keep thinking about what if these giants meet each other they can easily shows us that Khansaar is different place and narachie is different place in different state like narachie in kannada state and Khansaar is in Telegu state this will also make sense of these franchise and they all are part of stories so they can reuse the characters of other movies except the main.
