Overall I totally agree with enjoying the journey (and not just the goal) With some things like saving money I feel that it‘s particularly tricky though to enjoy the journey because in order to have savings you need to cut spending on fun things for some time to then enjoy your savings

such an interesting take, and the even more interesting part is that branding thrives through contradictions, in branding it's important to create 'tension', a prime example that comes to mind is soulcycle which is inclusive and exclusive at the same time; I genuinely don't think anything interesting exists without a little dance between opposing ends. Especially as human beings are so complex, a true authentic personal brand has to have this tension and I think the true challenge is to have the balance and not cross the very fine line (: I hope that made sense! HAHA

I love that for you! I think in order to be a better friend it is important to know how YOU define being a good friend? For example, for me it's important that my friendships are healthy, nourishing, and not complicated, that my friends support me, are not jealous, stand behind me in the rooms I'm not in, share similar values, etc. And then turn it around - I try to be a healthy, uncomplicated, supportive, loyal friend! Does that make sense?
