You people have no clue of a true art and nothing about it. I have studied jujitsu for 8 yrs this is a good part of the art. To only no one art is to put a limit on your self.

4:47 what the hell was that ??? Looks like a confused hamster that doesn't know if he should run for his life to the left or to the right. GET THAT HAMTER A WHEEL ! He should run for about 50 laps around the building before giving anyone any training, so much energy in that...hamster.
Good thing children are resilient, if he did any of that with a adult that isn't in a good physical condition he/she would pull a muscle in the first 3min.
