Okay but this brings up another question, If I loan from my friend $100 and in 10 years time, where $100 is worth $10 for arguments sake, I pay it back to him as $100. Wouldnt that be unjust to him since he loaned me a higher value than what I returned to him?

Yes. As in islam the loan is only qardh hasana which is to help others.
