Super easy if you follow instructions and watch the video closely. Got it on the first try and it looks so good you can’t even tell it’s on there. Thanks!
Bizarre so many are having trouble with this. I watched the video once and had a perfect application on my first try. I'm actually really impressed with the results - you cannot tell it's on, except for the slightest soft/tacky feel if you tap your fingernail to the screen. This beats the hell out of the wet-application watch protectors I've used in the past.
Yeah. I did on the first try too. I do have like 3 little tiny visible bubbles. But like I said ..I’ll live. The screen looks good though.
Yeah. I did on the first try too. I do have like 3 little tiny visible bubbles. But like I said ..I’ll live. The screen looks good though.
It seriously looks so good I put another one on thinking it wasn’t on there
Congrats, I’d give you a cookie if I had one
Not sure bizarre is the right word. You're probably just a super genious
Watch out, you do a good job putting it on one time and next thing you know you're the guy in the family who has to put everyone's screen protectors on from then on.
😂😂😂
This turned into a part time job
Jonathan Cannon 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lol
LMAOOO YES! OMG
Fr it was way too hard
😂
Worked great the first time. Thank you. A little tip: Have everything taken out and ready. Leave the alcohol wipe on while you pick up the cloth. Leave the cloth on while you pick up the dust absorber, and leave that on while you pick up the covered film. Keep the screen covered because dust is like Jurassic Park dinosaurs…”it will find a way”!
Or just do it in the bathroom
The dust was the very least of my worries in trying to do this. 🤣
I almost burst into tears with anger doing this. I used 4 before I figured it out. It’s in two pieces and the thing you stick first is the cover, not the other way around. Great when it works but not for the feint hearted.
Yea, I was confused the first time. Got it done the second time. Great product when you figure it out
I didn’t follow the instructions and did it first time 😂
I’ll have you know I went through four of the six screen protectors and I only cried once. But hey, my watch looks great!
Em
It was really easy to apply. Just watch the video and pause it over and over if you are not sure of the next step.
I think I know where everyone is getting confused.. on tab 2, the plastic is supposed to lift. It feels like you’re pulling the protector off however halfway you will hit a green pattern on the watch. This is where you push the air bubble remover forward while holding tab 2 and repeat for number 3. It’s not very well explained in the video so I get that’s how people are confused. However, when the protector is on you can hardly notice it.
Definitely more explanation is needed for steps 2 and 3!!!!!!
E Will yeah I agree. It feels like the whole protector is about to come off when peeling tab 2 but it doesn’t mention that in the video
I wasted 6 of them being an idiot
Replaced one I had on here for over a year. Took my 2 more tries. Now I know why they give you so many in a box LOL!
It's the best fitting protector I ever installed, worth the extra time to setup, saved time later as no bubbles or lint getting stuck! I couldn't believe I did it first try, it's so hard to see the protector on that I had to verify under light to see the second layer
I’m no
I followed all the directions but I really can’t tell if there’s a protector on the screen or not
@@msims1081 shine a flashlight around the edges of the screen. You will see the outline of the screen protector.
Very good video. It would have been nice to hear the engine noise
Super easy, these have to be the best Apple Watch screen protectors I've used. Don't rush and it will apply with nearly no way to even see it on the watch screen.
This is the best screen protector for apple watch. I have a series 6 but I have used LK screen protectors since series 4. I have to say, this design is so much better than the original LK design. I wasted 2-3 with the the old protectors in the yellow/black package. This new design in blue/black package is great! The round sticky holder works perfectly - just don’t use it on an expensive dining room table (LOL!). It does get a little confusing after step 1, but if you watch the video a couple of times, you’ll get it. The video is exactly how it works. I hope they keep making these for series 7 watch and beyond!
Just got the screen protectors. And per your instructions the ones I got are cut wrong. Might wanna look in to that
Got the product: “Why do I need 6 screen protectors for 1 watch?”
Saw the instructions: “Oh, I see...”
No matter how many times I tried, the tabs just came off and the protector was impossible to install. NOT a good design.
Kenny Vee its not a good design, but you are the only noob and stu-pig as fuck dont know how to install it..i can install it eqaily, noob 🙄
@@m.n.r4222 hey man , me also failed 4 times already to install it on the watch. I got 2 more tries, will try in few days but i'm nervous as hell. This is pretty tough (I had someone else try to help me as well, they failed same as me)
Uzumaki Naruto 9 yos shouldn’t be on yt
Fuck this thing
There’s a bit of a learning curve. It took me 2 tries but I got it in the end! Definitely watch and listen carefully. I recommend watching in its entirety first. Then watch it again and applying while watching the video, stopping it if you have to.
I'm about to be on my second try.
looks nice after i spent like 700 years and went through 5 protectors to get it on + the tabs weren’t cut in the right place on my kit
This one is tricky it wasn’t until the second one that I realized you need to peel the bottom and not the top off when you pull number one the top is connected to number four and meant to align the center and is the “wax paper” for the bubble remover to go over before you take it off
I’ve done it on the first try, was not as easy as it look on the video but still doable. Just take your time and rewatch if you’re not sure. I have two tiny bubbles but you can’t see them when the screen is turned on
I am so happy I looked at the comments before doing this because now I only used one instead of the whole pack So thanks to all of you sacrificed so that you could help the others
Not sure how people struggle with this, was quite easy with the video
messed up the first screen protector cause I somehow moved the screen protector when I was using the squeezing tool but second installation was fine. Looks invisible and easy instructions to follow
Just installed this screen protector and wow it looks and feels amazing! Thanks for the video!
The video is clear and easy to follow, as are the installation steps. My watch protector fits perfectly, no bubbles, either!
would you recommend the product?
Succeeded on first try! Really helpful video, paused between the steps to copy the step. Watched the screen closely to check if all the bubbles were pressed out. When I was finished, I did have a line in the middle of the screen. Someone said you can press this one out with your fingers though. I don't see the line when the screen is always on, so I don't mind. The alcohol pad is really juicy which is nice, cleaned my phone and tablet with it too. If you get some gunk of the foam glue on the table like I had on my glass table, you can use the alcohol pad to clean it. Cleaned some other spots on the table with it as well.
This was super quick and easy! I just installed it on my Series 7 and I can't even tell it's on -- no bubbles! Many thanks! :)
Simple install if you completely disregard this video:
Clean the watch face. Then rmove tabs 1-3 before you even place the protector on the watch. Use squeegee to remove bubbles. Remove tab 4. Place microfiber over the cover and use squeegee again to seal down edges without scratching.
6 come in the box. It took me 4 tries to put on which left me with 2 spare. The number one tab kept breaking off. I put a bumper case on and it peeled the protector off, so I went to reapply another and did it first try leaving me with another spare one. Good concept but I think the design of the application process it quite bad. Also there’s no bubbles but slight watermarking or rippling effects all over the screen. Since I have apple care I may just take it off and chance it.
Worked great. Watched the video...first one installed great. Took a min to realize you need the green middle section to come off to get it. Glad there’s 6 but for now...only needed one.
I can't believe I bought into getting a screen protector done at one of those booths at the mall, for $25, when for roughly the same price I got a whole pack of these from LK. And they are so easy to install; thanks to the well made and clear video instructions and innovative product design (no idea though if LK came up with the design, either way it works quite well).
I'll have to see how long each screen protector lasts, please respond to this message if it's been a few months or years and l'll surely reply and let you know how well they faired to relatively rough use (I commute with a knapsack and very often have the strap of my bag rub against my wrists, and I bike in all weather conditions, even well bellow freezing temperatures or the hottest days of the year in Toronto, so my devices have to put up with a lot of conditions.)
How has it held up for you?
@@pennym1056 They don’t last too long, I’m trying to remember how long because I’ve now forgotten to put one back on after a hand full of months, getting damaged makes corners start peeling. With how rough my workplace use can be I got tired or replacing them.
Couldn’t be more straight forward. Got it on the first try! Fits perfectly too.
I did it in 3. The bumper I put on messed up a corner of the protector first two times, but the film went on okay. The third attempt also lifted the film, but I can live with it.
How do i know if the protector is on?
Howeverrrrr it looks amazing, I can barely tell it’s there. Thank you
I've noticed if you have bubbles show up a while after installing the screen protector that running it under hot water and then pressing on the bubbles takes them away
I remember the dark old days of applying screen protectors, phone ones come with template an these watch ones, it’s harder to get wrong than mess up
Wow, this was SO much easier than those wet screen protectors I wasted my money on! Thank you so much!
This was very easy, though worth emphasising that when they say "lift tab 2", they *really* mean lift it, as in lift until the hard plastic can be pushed away from the watch using the squeegee (hint: you want it almost vertical, then when you push with the squeegee you'll see the bottom of the hard plastic attached to the tab move away from the film itself).
Really like this product. Watch video a couple times and work slowly. Would definitely order again. Price is excellent for this product.
Guys after a few times it’s actually really easy and super intuitive
Im glad they sent so many screen protectors. It took 4 try’s b4 I got it right. Lol
I would like to know how to remove it now that Ive installed it but still found a little bubble. Also when it is time to replace the screen protector. Thank you!
Me after getting it: “How complicated could this be?” Me FINALLY watching the video:”oooooohhhhh 😅”
Putting on a new screen protector is so satisfying. It's like getting a new device. F inflation I don't need to upgrade.
So impressed, completely invisible and easy to apply.. going to find out what else they do..
Mine worked great and has been on for a year and now I want to replace it but what is the trick to getting it off?
Go swimming, unfortunately it doesn’t hold well under water.
Took me 3 attempts
Buy more than one if you are using these
Once on its banging, but getting it on is a ball ache
don't expect the protective film to stay on the phone as you lift tab 4. you may have to grab the film as you lift that last tab.
Do I clock in Monday as well?
Whelp...I actually got it on at the first try! The down side? The little rubber rectangle wouldn't hold my watch. Now that ticked me off!!!
This is great. it came with a bunch of screen protectors- and I finally got one on that I was satisfied with, after a couple tries. After several months of wearing one, it started to peel off from regular everyday use and hitting the gym. Anyway, I just now replaced it with one of the spares left. And honestly, this is great, im so happy with this purchase because the best part is i have 2 extra spares left. Thank you LK!
Is it easy to take off? Cause I’m applying it right now and let’s say in a couple of months like 4-5 I want to take it off to resell will it be hard?
@@onlyqualityfootball1924 yes easy to take off. screen protectors in general may have many issues, but they are always easy to take off lol :)
It came with 8 protectors. I used four😆
My finger nails left a permanent mark on the screen protector after I just barely glazed it with my nail, would only recommend if your fingernails don’t go further than the tip of your finger.
-Perfekt!! Sehr gutes Erklärungsvideo zur Installation der 44mm Apple Watch Displayschutzfolie. Wenn Sie den Schritten nacheinander folgen, ist der Protektor perfekt. Danke vielmals.
The video doesn’t tell you that after you pull the tab up you have to use the squeegee and glide it towards the end you pulled up. That’s when the screen protector will actually attach itself to the screen. The motion is showed at 2:14. It worked great for me.
I did it second try no prob. Could have done it first try but thought I had messed up but actually didn't and scrapped it. When I got to tab 2 it got a little confusing because you're pulling off plsstic, not the white part.
I’m late on this but I had Best Buy put a clear one on my watch has been amazing screen cover
Honestly... once you get it down it’s a great investment. Took me about two wasted to figure it out but then I had the same protector on for a year. Came back because I forgot how to do it and I needed to change it out.😂
why did you have to change it after a year? was it scratched or wha?
@@martinorozco6759 Just started coming up on the corner a bit. I don’t have a bumper in my watch and I’m pretty reckless with it so making a year is solid for me.
Just installed my second one after quite a few months of protection (can't remember when I put it on). I did use two the first time but this time just one. Instructions aren't the best but protector lasted.
i've done this multiple times and still have to reference this video to double check
I’ve put tons of protectors on smart phones but this seems way more complicated by I can’t tell if there’s even a protector on my phone when I’m done...🤔😬
Ok after 3 tries I think I got it right & yes you can see the protector ‘film’ on the screen when it’s in place. Having reading glasses on probably obscures my view a little. I think the audible instructions would be helpful to note that you are basically applying half the screen protector at a time around 2:12 (not just visually but they should say those words out loud). These kinds of directions are easy to miss details when you take your eyes off the screen to go thru the steps. .... maybe it’s just my A.D.D....😂
Much better that the old video and protectors I used a few years ago of the same product. It's not unusual for me to have to do it twice and this was no exception had a bit of dirt I didn't see until the end.
This left gunk on my desk and there are lines on mine!!
This video shows something important without explaining it. In step ten, tab 2 is pulled back almost parallel to the screen and held that was as the protector is squeegeed onto the watch. It needs to be held back like that in this step so that it will peel off easily as the screen protector is squeegeed on.
@High Commander Squealer NO! At 2:14, the tab is pulled, past 90 degrees (perpendicular) to parallel with the half below it. This prevents the backing from touching the surface of the watch as the squeegee pushes the film onto the watch.
Works amazing on my Iwatch. Have put two protectors on iwatches and they last forever. Thanks.
"Use the dust absorber..." Oh you mean the sticker?!
😂
*Shrugs* It works
I got it on my 6th try and I had to take it off within a minute !! Now I have to buy more of them but I won’t bother with this product! Some may be lucky and get it right straight away but that’s just luck as the bubbles can be anywhere once on. I wish they made it a bit more simplistic instead of 101 steps ! They looked good on but without the bubbles which Made my watch looks worse.
Wow......never seen it more perfect...my last one peeled off half way because of sweat and laziness
No link in the description!
Installation video is great. I installed the screen protector on my iWatch 7 45mm just like the video showed
Does anyone know the best way to remove these? Should I just try to use my finger nail or what
What’s better LK or rinoskin?
My application was perfect thanks to this video. Thank you ☺️
the only problem I had was on the last step, when I peel off tab 4 there are bubbles under the film
How do you remove it without it leaving sticky residue ? I want to take mine off ?
Whaaaat? this is the watch tutorial, I want the phone tutorial but using the url provided on the protector box.I get this!!
try to look on their channel
The video was great and the install of the screen saver was easy. Price was great also.
does anyone of you guys still have a thin doted air line in the middle of the screen? if so, how can I avoid it?
Honestly, I don’t see where the confusion is. I got it in the first go. Just follow the video, don’t be afraid to pause between each step. Turned out perfect. Now hopefully it stays that way
Why is there a random line in the screen protector?
Chocolililo my first one had that, next one was perfect?
Chocolililo It’s from the two halves you remove when applying it. Pressing it out with your fingers should get rid of it
Anyone know how to get an old one off? Mine is scratched and I want to replace but cannot get the edges to budge
I followed the instructions and got it right the first time 😁😁😁😁😁
Just removed the first one I had on for months there was nothing wrong with it no scratches nothing I replaced it with a new one same one this is the best plastic screen protector I ever used 👍👍👍
First try failed but the second was much easier and the 3rd (different watch) was a breeze. Awesome product.
Bad, it left a line in the middle and the sticker I place one the table got stuck to it
Same. 2nd attempt. Line in middle and sticker stuck on table.
Thanks very much, nice and simple instructions and a great product..
The kit comes with 6 screen protectors because you need 5 tries to get the 6th one to finally work. What crap.
Used 2 already, and nowhere near getting it. Total waste of money
Lol Zing! Well done 👏👏👏
First one fits perfectly for me. Was also my first try on something like this.
Maybe cause ur fucking stupid! If u take your time u will b able to get it on the first try. But ur a woman so
Me ridiculous comment 🤦🏻♂️
Awesome screen protectors. Had some for my series 3 and got these for my dad. Literally flawless installation everytime. Just redid it and no bubbles whatsoever. (Not paid btw, just sharing my experience)
I got it right first try....have 5 more I dont understand whats so hard....take your time do it right the first time.....
its always peeling off
not worth it always peeling off. looking for a glass protector haven't found one yet
Worked like a charm for me 🤷🏽♀️
To anyone feeling intimidated by the process - seriously, just follow what the video tells you to do step-by-step. It only took one try for me.
So nothing went the way it was supposed and I ended up just eyeballing the film myself but thankfully there is 5 other screens I can try when I'm not angry lol the plus side is the film looks great on the watch outside of the small pockets I couldn't get rid of ;-;
Yo..... This has been the most perfect screen protector i ever put on...... No bubbles no nothing.... Goddamnn.... I m so proud of myself
Anyone else keep getting a line across the screen?
Super easy installation! Can't even tell it's there.
This version applies with much less hassle and looks infinity better!
I was confused to but I didn’t get mad and everyone else is so mad about it I just followed what they said and I did it the first try and it looks flawless 😭 just lift the tab up and slid the protector
Looks like it only covers the flat part of the glass, not the rounded glass
Do you leave screen protector on if taking in ocean to surf and when cleaning dishes?
I haven't with this particular product, however, when I purchased my watch I got a screen protector similar to this from best buy. It lasted a year of getting wet before it started to peal off.
