The dance Shaw did when he won from Earl earlier, was a reaction to the dance Earl did in the mosconi cup in Rotterdam, 2006.
It's deplorable that there is a shot clock -- the referee should be in charge to determine if a player is deliberately stalling and after one warning the next instance would be ball in hand for the other player.
Pool needs to learn from snooker.
