im sorry for your loss , iv lost a parent as well at a young age(20) due to cancer its hard , i hope you can have a great summer to help you get through the loss
Been watching this restoration job for the last few weeks. Sorry to hear about your mothers passing. I lost my father last year and it’s awful as you know. I’m getting ready to redo my stringers and transom because I can’t afford to have them done. I’m scared and nervous but your videos give me hope. So worried I’m going to screw this up.
Hi, found your project and been over the last week ploughing through it. You are amazing for doing this, posting everything and letting us share your life. Of course by now a year later nearly my condoleances are late but nevertheless you have made a great impression on us that follow you. Thanks fir sharing, cant say that too few times!
I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my grandmother last week. It's been tough and I pray for strength for you and your family. Look forward to more of your videos to see how the sea ray comes out
So sorry to hear this :( Its nice to know that your family is very close. Losing a loved one is not easy and the grieving period seems even harder. The hardest part about grieving is when everyone has to go back to their daily routine and the family member that was the closest (your dad), has to be home alone especially at night. Keep him close to you at this time, even if you have him stay in your house for awhile will surely help him alot. Condolences from Canada.
I'm very sorry for your loss, losing a loved one is very hard. I starting watching your videos about a week ago, and I have loss a lot of sleep because I just had to see the next video, and I thought I will watch just one more. Well one more would turn into a hour. God bless you and your family.
Frisco, sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. I have learned a lot from your videos and look forward to each and everyone of them. God Bless.
I am very sorry for your loss. Although we have never met, I have faithfully followed your progress on the boat and I feel that we are friends. God Bless you and your family.
Hey man sorry to hear about your loss... its hard to lose a loved one. Thankyou for all of the great videos and look forward to seeing your completed sea ray...
I found you videos working on my boat and found this one. I lost my mom this week to Leukemia. She was 63. Bless you and your family, I understand your pain.

Hey mate. Been watching all your videos from the start and up to here. One of best channels I have seen on RUclips. Very sorry for your loss. Condolences from Australia
I've been with you every step of the way, via proxy. Both boats, your truck, and even your journey to find the sea ray on iboats. I know you've been preparing for this, but it's never as easy as you imagine it to be. My condolences from Indiana.
I have been watching your videos on this project for two weeks since early May 2016. I have a 71 Westkraft 18ft Tri-hull, 155 hp OMC V6 and the motor mounts are loose from wood rot, but the rest of the floor is hard and solid. I Thank your mother that she had you as a child, because your such a blessing and inspiration to us all. Takes a lot to share like you did. Your a good man. Your mother knows how much you've helped others like myself and youve never met us on the personal level which you display in each video to us. Thank you for your gift and sharing. Now I know how to put engine mounts in my boat to keep me and my equipment safe. That itself will make my mother happy. I lost my mother in late May of 2013..Memorial Day, same day Edith Bunker/Jean Stapleton actually passed away........That just sums up my feelings about our mothers as an honor who are dear to our hearts, they are so special. Well, Just a big THANK YOU for taking your time, effort, honesty, and sharing with us others who appreciate your hard work. Now this video is 5 years old and this particular time period will feel like yesterday to you for the rest of your life. Just like myself I have lived my mothers videos everyday for 3 years isnt that really something how that works, They will never be forgotten - God Bless ya good friend.
So very sorry for your loss - thank you for sharing this most intimate part of your personal life! God Bless you and yours! Hang in there Brother! Prayers for you... and your Dad! Can't wait to see the video with your dad at the helm of the Blue Bayou!
Watching your channel for first time in 2018... I pray the pain of losing your mom has lightened and memories of her life remain ever stronger in your heart. God bless.
Hey buddy I have just started watching your restoring videos and just made it to this one. i know its even way later then the last guy but I have been glued to watching you fix this up and enjoyed it every step of the way. Thanks for the videos and I'm very sorry to hear about your mom.
Very sorry to hear this brother albeit very late. My father is going through the same thing right now. T'he doctors did not pick it up until 3 years in so hes already done the transplant etc. He is not recovering like we expected so we'll see how it goes.
Jay, I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I lost my father about a week after he had a stroke and I know it's not any easier knowing the end is near. I stumbled on your videos as my wife and I are thinking of getting a boat and I am researching everything I can about them. I'm like an old lady watching her soaps! I'm up well into the wee hours following your progress. I told my wife I'd offer you double the resale value to get this boat, but I'm sure you won't be selling it soon. Besides, I couldn't afford that big a boat! Again, my condolences, about 4 years late, but just as sincere.
Monday morning March 14, 2016 1am. Just started watching your vids "several" hours ago. Man I could tell by the look on your face that your mother had passed. I cant tell you how sorry I am for your loss. I know this was a few years ago, but watching all your videos, kinda feel like I know you...LOL. Hope you and your family are doing well.Huffman, TX

Scott LeComte Thank you so much. It has been along healing process and there have been many changes in my family since. then. Some good, some not so good.
My father gave his 76 FiberForm to my nephew 7 years ago because as a small child sitting on my fathers lap he said when he grew up he wanted a boat just like this for his kids to have fun on. Well I did not have children of my own due to many reasons so my father gave the boat to my nephew. My Nephew did not have the money to maintain it, nor the time nor the money. My nephew ran it hard and it finally would not run and Now the floor is rotten. My nephew let it sit in a pasture and it just rotted and decayed. He decided he would trade it in on a pontoon. Well I bought the boat off of him for way more than it was worth . With me knowing all the work I have coming, I started to watch your videos and I just wanted to say you have done a very nice job and thank you for making this series of videos. I am so sorry to hear of your mothers passing I know it was a few years ago, but I wanted to say having lost a cousin at a very young age of 26 to cancer It is painful loss. personally to me so I know how personal a loss it was for you. There is not a lot you can say about cancer other than it just sucks. Thank you for sharing such a personal moment of your life with us your viewers It is a great example of how you have to put all things in perspective. Family is important to all and it is the best part of being human. Thanks again for sharing.
