As someone who has this on the 360 and still plays it, Medium is the best difficulty. On Hard, the cars are too fast, the AI are like ignition AI and give you 0 room, so i would suggest that (if he did this in the video, idk, im watching texas rn lol)
Steering assist on high and traction control on. They designed it that way.

I used to play nascar 08 and never wrecked as a 7 year old idk how I did it
As a kid I thought I was just bad at the game but when I got older and good at NASCAR games I tried to play it again and still could never drive straight never understood why the games physics are super fucked
Man the 360/PS3 version sucks so much but the PS2 version is actually really good. I played the PS2 version all the time, if any issue it's that my saves would constantly be corrupted for no reason.
The ps2 version was the only option I still play it to this day
Nascar 08 was the first ever NASCAR game i had & i still love playing it to this day
Gotta say man, i started playing all my old NASCAR games on my old PS3 cuz of you and your opinions on them are quite valid.
Everyone says Nascar Heat Evolution and Nascar 21 Ignition are the worst games ever but at least you can hold your line on those games unlike Nascar 08 it's impossible. I ended up getting rid of it for better Nascar games.
Harvick's average finish at the glen is a 12.6. Id classify his skill for road courses as "meh". Not someone you think would compete for a win but finds himself in the top 15 pretty consistently.

08 is great with steering assist on high and traction control on low but Radman doesn’t know the assists.

Because yes, this is another rfactor based garbage, btw if you boots the first rfactor, turns the assists off and tries to drive with a controller, will be the same results...

If you have a PS2 you can play it on the PlayStation 2 which the driving is better

Big glitch on Nascar 08 for PS2. At las vegas on a 12% race. All cars wreck coming into for their pitstop everytime.
