Cream Cheese-Filled Red Velvet Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups White sugar
2 Large eggs
1/2 cup Canola oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Evaporated milk
1/2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 cup Mashed bananas , 4 Medium ripe bananas
1 Tbsp Red food color , I used Peotraco gel
CREAM CHEESE
8 oz Cream cheese ,Room temperature
1/2 cup White sugar
1 Large egg
2 Tbsp All purpose flour
Bake at 350° F for 50-60 minutes

YES! I MADE IT THE THING I DONE DIFFERENTLY WAS ADD LEMON BASED WHOLE BANANAS TO MY MIXTURE AND TOASTED MY GRAHAM & VANILLA WAFERS FOR 2-3 MINUTES AND ONE LAST THING WAS INSTEAD OF A WHOLE PIE I USED MINIATURE DESSERT CUPS AND LAYER THE FILLING 3 TIMES FOR A FAMILY PICNIC AND HALF SLICE STRAWBERRY ON TOP,
