I really advise you to do the exams as it will help you to increase your improvement capacity. looking for a result will also help you to really understand and execute techniques in a better way.

Great Video Alain. One question, for the second defense instead of doing a table top take down where you both end up on the ground could you also reach under and grab his belt and take him down on his face like a Machine Gun takedown. I'm wary about being on the ground with the attacker even if im in a dominant position. Interested to hear your thoughts.

yes it is possible, the reason i made this technique on the video is that it allow me to be in the dominant position and arrived immediately with my leg on the arm holding the knife.

I like it but I must say as a Krav Maga practinior I would try and trap trap the knife arm before the take down but a great video
