I strongly doubt of your assertion...Franz Ferdinand was the only one to have the intention to transform the double monarchy into a triple monarchy by including in it the southern slavic regions(Croatia,Slovenia,Bosnia).Serbia and some fanatic nationalists were strongly against it.It's a fact that the terrorists who killed Franz Ferdinand were backed by Serbian secret service...I believe that First World War caused by that killing and the Second World War(directly linked to it)have been a terrible punishment for the whole world,by far worst of the possibility of Franz Ferdinand to remain alive and succed as Emperor to the great Franz Joseph...

Anyway I keep on studying and reading books on the causes of first world war as I cannot really understand why a world coming from 40 years of peace went nto hell for a simple fact of an assasination..(many kins,presidents and empresses left their lives in the previous 15 years without a shock of that level...
