As I've told you in my other comments, the information provided is very good. But for a clearer effectiveness try not to jump from one topic to another. It doesn't make any sense of what you want to say. It just didn't make sense anymore what happens when EG or HO are strong, balanced or weak. You barely made a quick presentation at the end.
