Hi David, what happens if a chart has both DW and IW elements? Let's say 2 of each. Would that be positive (since 2 of IW brings wealth), or would it almost count as 4 wealth stars and make the person prone to greed or money-mismanagement?

In a well, yes, you may count the wealth stars as 4 and it may be too overwhelming in your chart. Once again, merely counting is not the correct approach.

Hi David, if there is additional IW from AP and/or LP, will the manual counting still relevant?

There is no 'additional' elements when meeting external pillars when readding a natal chart.
