@@TopsMiah Luton gave me a ticket and VIP parking today for the Brentford game. I’ve got a Stage 4 cancer and Luton were brilliant with me. Got me a ticket that I could get to without too many steps. I couldn’t stay long because my health has taken a downturn these last 36 hours. Not the greatest way to say “Goodbye” to the Vatican of Football but I’m still so proud of our club. Mascot in 1977 v Notts County and travelled around the country watching them. These last four years, the NHS missed my cancer until 28 March just gone when they told me I have only 2-6 weeks left, have been horrible. But I’d rather get relegated than have the media mention Forest and Everton’s points deductions being the reason we survived during every game on telly next season if we do survive. No mention of the clubs who blatantly cheat though. The media back their rule breaking spending like it’s the FA’s fault. It’s incredible Tops. Anyway mate…your uploads have kept me closer to the football along with Deggy and Lewis and our two excellent podcasts. I’ve never seen us look so bereft of energy than today. Super Robbie Edwards gambled today and it didn’t work out. But we’re still in the fight. No midweek games so we should get some players back.
Give the boys a double cheer for me Tops when we defeat Everton in a couple of weeks.
