I used to Work in Branson, lived in Boone Counry, Arkansas , Everton, when NOTHING WAS IN BRANSON but a Old Delapatated Carnival set up as "Silver Dollar City" a horrable place, I remember when over to Jasper, Dogpatch USA opened in an area known today as Marble Falls. It was opened in 1968, Dogpatch USA was a commercial success in its early years. I worked for the Bakker Family, who were of the Brother of Jim Bakker. John. Great folks.
Who owns the rights to these movies, and why haven't the originals been restored and made available? 😥 Hate to imagine them being forgotten and thrown away.
The original masters of these films were initially cut by Republic Studios to fit in 53 minute tv slots. Now any originals that survive are part of private collections or simply lost to us. Spelling bought Republic Studios and there catalogue of films, but all the movies in Roy’s filmography are in the public domain now.
