Because msot CH sketch are nonsensical and overly long buildup with no payoff. This one has nonsensical and overly long buildup with a stupid and random payoff, which is marginally better.

The good content that I love collegehumor for is coming back, I really enjoyed this video and they are actually making me laugh again, except for the ones with Rega which don't really push the limits and are pretty average comedy to apply to everyone and not offend anyone, but I suppose a lot of the job is about getting content that everyone likes right.

The humor comes from irony. It's ironic that the future, mangled Keith is more concerned over minor gluten problems than permanent life altering scarring that he can easily prevent. This makes the situation comically ridiculous from a practical-value standpoint.
