  • With its intelligent design and impressive practicality, the Ford B-Max undoubtedly showed that compact MPVs are indeed worthwhile - when done right. Ford's masterstroke was removing the central 'B' pillar and adding rear sliding doors to create a truly expansive opening. This makes loading luggage and passengers really easy!
This 2012 Ford B-Max in particular is the high-spec Titanium model. This means you get sporty alloys and leather throughout, along with such luxuries as heated front seats, 'Quickclear' windscreen, a reversing camera and parking sensors all round. That's not forgetting the full-length glass roof which floods the cabin with natural light.
And thanks to Ford's celebrated 1.0 litre Ecoboost engine - which in this car produces 120bhp, the B-Max offers excellent fuel economy. Not only is road tax just £30 per year but Ford say you can expect almost 60mpg!
