Many call centres are not fake, most of them operating for back offices for US and UK. We are so easy to get fooled time again and again

Once, I was a victim too to scammers and lost hard earned 12k.
In my opinion, let's not blame the state Govt for this because inside or outside Nagaland there are so many people doing private jobs like teachers, hotel management or other self employment. Moreover, if they are educated people then why don't they compete in State exams? Furthermore, if they think that the state govt is corrupted in job appointments, then why don't they compete in various central exams? What they wanted was just getting rich so fast with zero investment and without hardwork. They (scammers) are knowingly and happily scamming the innocent people.
The word " Justice" is usually what we always raise. We want justice for thousands of innocent victims in this too, no partial and don't be so emotional.

Back than a foreigner call up my sis regarding about a mission work my innocent sis who was innocent didnt know that she was under the radar of scammer and a naga girl who was also involved in that and tried to convinced my sis. Through my timely intervention i save my sis. And no need to have sympathy for this kind of people this is something they're doing it knowingly. They've choosed the path let them test their work.

Except for govt sector jobs there are many options here in Nagaland to earn money, be it private or entrepreneurs. All it takes is hardwork and commitment which our Nagaland brothers and sisters fails terribly. So can't completely blame the govt.

Number of call centre workers from nagaland and manipur are highest. Rarely you will see from tripura, arunachal, meghalaya & mizoram, youths in these states have high motivation for studies because there is proper recruitment in government jobs. But corrupt nagaland and manipur government are one of the reason for lethargic youth. Most corrupted states in NE.

Circumstances of unemployment, easy cash/income prospect, tend to attract our youths to call centre jobs. Naive - ignorance also make them easy targets for such scam companies.
It is not fair to blame those youths for where they are today.

The main culprit is our naga government and rich person who selfishly steal all the government job...because tome thing i know most of the are incapable person who illegal came through backdoor appointment and steal those government job who are employed... Thise rich and highly government job person should be the one who will be behind bars but the poor and innocent are the one who always fall into this trap ...
Idiots like you will always blame the govt. It's us who is responsible for all these.. Who told these youths to leave hometown and join such scams. There are thousands of registered companies around the country. It's not the responsibility of the govt, it's the individual whose self conscious mind is corrupted.
Don't always blame the government for every vice. If the issue of unemployment in Nagaland is as drastic as suggested by the lots of unskilled lazy bums, why are the non locals flooding in the State for jobs? Who are taking up the construction works? Who are controlling the markets? Who are engaging in daily wage works?
Government service is not the only job and with the NNPGs, the land owners and NBCC causing immense hindrance to every job and revenue generating avenues, the elected representatives of the day can only do so much.
But apparently, the Nagaland graduates who can't even write a simple application are too good for menial jobs that they rather scam someone of their hard earned money. Learn from the Chakhesangs. Most of the local construction workers in the Capital are from that tribe and a lot of them are well qualified and are preparing for white collared-jobs alongside their daily works. They are not complaining.
Nothing "innocent" about being a scammer.
Backdoor appointments are the reason deserving candidates are not employed. Every department in Nagaland is deeply rooted in corruption. Almost 90% of government jobs do not offer a salary scale that would allow employees to own multiple SUVs and sedans, yet they do. This is why it is correct to call out the government for corruption.
However, there are numerous legitimate job opportunities outside the state. There are legitimate call centers and marketing companies that prefer Naga youths because of our fluency in English (which is our primary language of education, rather than Hindi). People are not obliged or compelled to scam; it is a choice. The decision to scam people for a living is made because it's perceived as easy money, plain and simple. No one is to blame but themselves.

That's true... I got a call from one of my mutual friend to work there.. It's the same. Ac room salary 25k fooding everything free. They also told me that salary is nothing comparing to ur incentives.. Luckily I got selected in an interview I apply earlier. If not who knows I'll be with them😂
